When does my variated fusia flower? I bought it this year and it has lovely pale pink foilage and purple stems, but not any signs of flowers yet.

I have uploaded a photo of my variated fusia as it does not have any flowers yet.

Patkeep - that looks like a very healthy hardy fuchsia. It will flower when it is ready and there isn't really anything you can do to speed it up. They tend to start late in the season from July to first frost so there is plenty of time for yours to bloom. There are lots of shoots there which would make good cuttings if you'd like to make more plants. With variegated fuchsias the foliage is generally as important as the flowers anyway so enjoy it while you wait.
