Insects damaging fuchsia

Hey everyone,

So I have a Fuchsia plant that shares a pot with some Ivy that I keep indoors. Both the Ivy and the Fuchsia were doing well, but I noticed these little bugs in the drip catcher under the pot. I thought they might be springtails? For months they didn't affect the plants so I just left them alone, but now I noticed some little dark patches on the leaves on the Fuchsia ): (I will post pics of this as well) it's about to flower and now I'm worried it will become too damaged from the insects to survive. The Ivy seems to be unaffected.

Does anyone have any advice on how to get rid of these buggers? Thanks 8)

I found similar bugs in some of my pots. They appear randomly, and don't know how they spread but possibly not from pot to pot because 2 adjacent pots don't have them, yet they are there on the other room's plants. They seem to like wetness. If you let the soil dry out and leave no water in saucer, they will go away. Also I rinsed saucer/cache pot with boiling water every other day to kill them. They haven't affected the foliage on my plants.
