| ... of a giant fuchsia tree, saw it online last year but lost the link. Flowers looked like Gartenmeister Bonstedt, plant was grown in a large tub, overwintered every year for many years. Plant was a magnficient specimen, looking about about 6 feet tall, 3 feet across... I think there was a woman in the picture next to the fuchsia, for scale.
I'd like to see the picture again for inspiration. Anyone? |

| Hi I posted that picture last year of the Thalia, however I don't have a copy that I can put on here. I have a small picture on the last page (links) of my fuchsia website as detailed below and if you e.mail me via that site I will forward you a copy of the picture. p.s. That was no woman - that was my wife!!!! Regards Tight.... |

| Tight (Tony?), many thanks, that was the picture I saw... magnificent indeed! I've sent you an email. (...and you can tell your wife that I said she was just as splendid... ) |

| Tony great website! A lot of work you put into it. I have gotten my first two fuschias this summer: Gartenmeister Bonstedt and Beacon Rosa. They performed great and I am planning on bringing them in for the winter. I never had much luck with fuschias in hanging baskets but these upright ones are a whole different story. Sue |
