Can You Diagnosis My Problem Like Dr. House ?

Can you diagnose my Fuchsia problem?

My first fuchsia is a young Winston Churchill plant. It gets some indirect morning sun. It's in a hanging basket with Coco Liner. I water it every day. I put a little diluted fish emulsion in it a few weeks ago and I also put some Oscomocote in it at about the same time. That's all the fertilizer I've ever used on it. The leaves look healthy and show no sign of disease or bug problems.

The problem is this: the flowers don't seem to grow/bloom to their full potential. Some of them seem to get brown and fall off before they ever really open fully. Or they'll open up and fall off immediately.

Is my plant not getting enough light? Could it be getting too much water? Am I giving it too much (or not enough) fertilizer?

Help ! What is your diagnosis?

Winston is an upright and can take a fair amount of sun so I would say not enough sun. Withhold water until you see the leaves begin to droop; that will tell you how often it needs water. How much Oscomocote? Fuschiias are heavy feeders; I use twice t he normal dose on them.
