Fuchsia buds but doesn't bloom

| I have fuchsias in pots outdoors that have lots of buds, but the buds aren't turning into blooms. Does anyone know why? |

| hello, i am new here. and ive got 2 baby fuchsias. 1 of them has open blooms and the other has blooms but, none have opened. if yours have opened by now please let me know what you did. and if not please tell me of any advice you have gotten as to why? |
