i bought two fuchsias in hanging baskets and hung them outdoors. they were big and lush and growing and blooming and growing some more. when the weather startde to heat up, they were full of berries and it was quite a show. but then, as the weather, got to the 100s and higher, they slowly began to turn yellow and drop their leaves. so, i took them off the porch (where they got direct sunlight until about noon) and place the baskets on the floor in a shady spot behind a tree fern. one of them had begun to grow new leaves ( although they are small) and the other one is just a bunch of twigs. was it the weather that harmed them or did i do somethign wrong?
