What'd I do wrong?

Sort of new to fuchsias here - been working on it. After talking to others who live near me, I got Pink Marshmellow, which others in area have had luck with. Just love the pics!

So the 2 I bought arrived, looking wonderful. I inspected them, clean, healthy-looking, no visible bugs. On kitchen window-sill, they did great but cat started eating then, so I put them where they will live - my patio. 3 weeks later, doing great, even a couple little blooms, new leaves, all looking great.

Getting too big for the pots, so next size up, right? Mix of soil & perlite, water, mist, plants start fading. Now, they look weak and flimsy. Obviously, my error was when I re-potted them. I accept it, I need to change something.

Can anyone tell me what to do now to save them? They are getting weaker, need CPR or something. Any type of food or soil recommended?

Please let me know,
"Virginia with brown thumb" getting discouraged.
