Will f. boliviana grow in inland north San Diego county? Shade or part shade and regular water? Tibouchina does well here; will f. boliviana?

Hi Bucheron, I'm not sure what your zone is, if it's 10 or higher, I think your summer temperatures might be a bit hot for f.boliviana - Kath:)

Bucheron, I have a seen Fuchsia boliviana growing in some warm inland areas and doing well if they are growing in shade and with a mister on them during the heat of the day to cool and add humidity.
