Now that's what I call deep snow. We are hoping for our usual half a day of whiteness, sometime early next year. I don't envy you Northeners. IanS. |

| 23:00 hour, Snow mixed with rain.. Just starting to stick a wee bit now at 23:32 hours.. Got my first two starts of fuchsias potted up, got eight new starts ordered today.. This winter is starting off good.. Looking foreward to it in fact.. Most winters I am shut down by now.. What with the weather.. But this year I got fuchsias to keep me happy.. My first two fuchsia starts came off of plant my wife gave me this spring.. "Shadow Dancer" Violette, a fuchsia hybrid. I think one more might make it.. Bring the snow on...bob in Kansas |

| Hi Bob Seems that you are well into your plants now and have joined the ranks of the ‘Happy Fuchsia Growers’, just make sure that your plants have the correct temperature, neither too warm or too cold, have a good light level and are kept just moist, if so you will get them through the winter OK. And look on the bright side ..... only 14 weeks or so to the beginning of March .... then all hell breaks loose in the fuchsia world, hardly time to think. Happy thanksgiving... Tight.... |
