Brand new Fuschia seedling!

Hello everyone!
Brand new to this forum, and brand new to fuschia! Anyway, just got some "pink" fuschia seeds (unnamed) seeds in a trade and was lucky enough to have one germinate so far! It's been absolutely beautiful out the last few weeks: highs of 80's / lows of 65 but tonight it's supposed to get down to low 50's so I took my fushcia and other seedlings in for the night.

Can't wait to see what develops and learn more about these wonderful plants!

Now I really have to laugh. You took them inside at 50? Fuschias love cool weather. The tender varieties will flourish and bloom well at 50. I have hardy ones that grow and bloom down into the 30s.

Congrats on growing them from seed, but let them enjoy the cool weather/

Hi Rain, I was so worried it was going to be my ONLY seedling I was like an over protective mother! But now that I've got 2, I took your advice and left them out last night. It got down to 49 degrees (I was freezing) but like you said, they didn't seem to mind!
