| Hi everyone, wanted to post a link to our facebook page for Suburban Whitetail Management of Georgia. We work with various homeless shelters to dontate venison for those in need. In doing this we are able to consolidate the deer herd and reduce car collisions and harm to your garden. Check us out on Facebook:

| So do you come to home owners homes and get the deer? The deer are multiplying awful here and we have had two hunters come in during deer season but to no avail. When I am in the yard they walk right by me but when they arrive the deer disapear. Just had an electric fence put up to help me save my rose blooms. Just interested in what your group does. Thanks, Judy |

| If you were a hunter and wanted to hunt deer without paying typical hunting-land rental fees, don't you think making up some official sounding name, boasting that you are out to do the world a favor and help the poor, and using GW for free advertisement would be the way to go? Think Elmer Fudd going after Bambi. LOL |

| Hi atl veggie, I would think there would be some sort of laws against shooting in a subdivision or within a certain distance of another home. In our situation we have family all around us on about 25 acres so a gun was out of the question. We had a couple friends we knew with bow and arrows but that didn't work to well so I still have about a dozen deer that show up daily and are waiting to much on my newly spring growth. lol!! I ended up putting up an electric fence in hopes of detering them. Hope it works. I was thinking since this post started so late in the deer season, well I think its over now, not sure, but I thought it sounded like a good idea if it was legit. |
