Companion planting question

It's me again...question is...I'd like to plant corn in between my mustard greens plants. I figured that the corn would be more upright (duh) and would not block the sun too much for the greens...and when it gets hotter, might actually help give them some shade?

anyone see any reason that this could not work?

RE: Companion planting question

By the time your corn gets really going in the warm weather, your greens will be finished for the season so I don't think there will be a problem. Greens in general (traditional souther greens) don't like hot weather!
