How do I keep the Raccoons from getting into my corn? Last year the Raccoons got into my corn. Would Devil Claws keep the raccoons out by planting them with the corn and How does the raccoons find the corn? Just asking.

I don't know if Devil Claws would be affective. What I KNOW would be effective is a Hav-a-Heart raccoon trap. Research and decide for yourself.

Georgia raccoons have a very high incidence of being rabies cariers. I don't want them on my property.

We've trapped several in our back yard with one of the humane traps. Be careful if you use a trap that is, like ours, made of metal wire. They will try to reach through to scratch you. Pretty scary, I was glad hubby did everything.

vicki, glad for you your hubby helped. The way the traps are designed, the top is a denser mesh - they can't reach through that. Wearing gloves is important. Those raccoons can seems very heavy.
