only a few Foxglove are perennial, most are biannual so you may not see then, if you're lucky you might find some babies.
seems like the rudbeckia should be up by now though.

I have a couple of types of Rudbeckia and they are both showing green leaves at ground level now.

That's a bummer. Oh well, at least they were beautiful last year.

With foxglove, it's easy to collect the seeds and try to help them self sow by scratching the ground around them and burying them a bit. Or take a bunch and put them in potting soil in one of those window box type planters. Then transplant next spring. They foxglove put out copious amounts of seeds and are very easy to propgage. I have hundreds of foxglove from one plant I bought a few years ago. You do have to keep doing it as they usually only last 2 years at most.

Our Rudbeckia is coming up now. Leaves are small, but it's early.
