| Anyone have advice on where to go for veggie seedlings other than Lowe's/Home Depot/Pike? Looking for more variety, organic choices, and possibly better prices. The $2.98 Bonnie Plants just aren't exciting me this year. I know Whole Foods is starting to get some shipments in, and I'll certainly consider them. However, I'm looking for locals to offer up insight on some hole-in-the-wall and/or independent nurseries that may not be as well known as the big boys. Looking in the Johns Creek/Alpharetta area if anyone can help. Thanks! |

| Call Perennial Grace (http://my.att.net/p/s/community.dll?ep=87&subpageid=68404&ck=) in Milton and inquire what they have. Also Scottsdale Farms (http://www.scottsdalefarms.com/) in Milton. And not very far from there in Cherokee County is Autumn Hill Nursery (http://www.autumnhillnursery.com/). Not sure what they have because I don't look for veggies, but each of them is worth a phone call as they are independent places that like to stock stuff that is not run of the mill (although they have that too). |
