Clematis Ochrolueca "Curleyheads"

I've been after this plant since seeing it at botanical garden.
I called two nurseries that specialize in native plants but both had none to sell, though one was taking cuttings for next year. It seems that this is an heirloom plant that is passed down, not so much sold.
Does anyone have suggestions on where to find this cultivar?
