Ramps/Wild Leeks

anyone in my neck of the woods (nw ga, close to chattanooga, tn) have any experience w/ ramps. i was looking for recipes for the massive amounts of marjoram that are growing in my raised beds and came across a quiche w/ ramps... did a little research, and am intrigued. I love the idea them!
