Ramps/Wild Leeks

anyone in my neck of the woods (nw ga, close to chattanooga, tn) have any experience w/ ramps. i was looking for recipes for the massive amounts of marjoram that are growing in my raised beds and came across a quiche w/ ramps... did a little research, and am intrigued. I love the idea them!

the link below should help. They are not a vegetable for a garden, more of a wild lover who needs moist cool shady areas particularly those of mountain regions to really thrive. A wild food.
