I can't find a WalMart, Home Depot, Lowes, Target, etc that doesn't carry them. You've probably located some by now?

Lowes in the city of Atlanta always has them but only in the summer - rarely do they ever have them in the fall.

If you're looking online for sources, be sure to spell crape with an "a". Some nurseries have it both ways (some even just with an "e"), but all the really reputable nurseries should have it at least spelled with an "a". Also, this variety is pretty commonly available, so any upper end nursery should be able to get you one without a problem even if they don't have one in stock. Most nurseries have local wholesale sources that they buy from regularly. Many nurseries make trips to pick up stock on a fairly regular basis, and should be able to obtain a variety, they don't stock, easily. As for seeds, Natchez will produce seed, but, as with most cultivars, the plants do not come true from seed. If you plant Natchez seeds, you won't get a Natchez crape myrtle.

The rule of thumb for almost all flowering trees and shrubs is that they are carried in the big retail stores only during their flowering season. That is because people want to SEE the flower on the plant they are buying. (Not usually true for nurseries.) Once the season is over, the large retailers do not restock until the following year. So you will want to look for Crape Myrtles starting in late May or any time in June. They should be in most stores through July, and some left in August. By end of August, the big retailers like Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Lowes, etc. will be mostly sold out. If you want camellias, start looking NOW. :)
