| My neighbor just returned from Zinbabwe with seven year bean seeds, a type of lima. Could I plant now and expect a crop?
Another question: could I get cilantro to grow now? Could put it where it doesn't get the full hot sun. Thanks for your time.

| Lima beans will get a real jump start in this heat & there should still plenty of time for them to mature. I don't know about cilantro (don't care for it myself). |

| Rosie, It's probably too late for the cilantro. Usually by the time the tomatoes are ready to make fresh salsa, my cilantro is spent. :-( Some people have had mild success with it in containers and moving it about in shadier areas. |
