I have never seen that one for sale locally and I doubt the 7b hardiness rating. It might survive and return but don't expect it to be very vigorous.

I am in Savannah and it is iffy for me when it is in the ground.

Yikes, whomever wrote hardy to zone 7b likely had it in an amazingly protected spot next to the foundation (or is trying to make nursery sales quotas!). It'd say 8b it'd be iffy, and then much more likely to return if in zone 9a/b!!

In zone 10 in south Florida I've seen this cultivar go partially dormant in winter when temps went into the 30s.
