Had a good blueberry crop going but they all disappeared over a short time period. What critter did this? Thanks.

A lot of mine have fallen to the ground this year which has been unusual.

birds will eat blueberries in one fell swoop!

birds for sure. they do the same here. We use netting, and it has to be secure, ie no holes

Perhaps you should get your soil tested, aso: www.georgiasoiltest.com

Planting more than one cultivar can extend your harvest.

(scroll down to see varieties that ripen early, mid- and late-season.)

Growers Outlet (Loganville, GA) usually has several varieties in the fall at affordable prices.

i'm guessing birds are the culprit.
i have a brilliant mocking bird that loves my blueberries... we built a pvc pseudo hoop house and used the netting from tractor supply to cover it... mind you we live in the country and don't have to worry about hoa s or anything. i'll try to find a pic to post...
back to the brilliant mocking bird... he found a way in but couldn't find his way back out, i made a point of terrifying him as much as possible before pulling back the overlapping netting and letting him escape... he hasn't been back
there is a squirrel that has managed to get in, but i chased him off as well... i'm not delusional, and i know the squirrel can chew through the extruded netting in 2 seconds.... but for now it works :)
