Can I get some suggestions about what is the best evergreen flowering vine that will not take over with some help with clippers? Prefer red or pink blooms. Thanks in advance.

I have an Alabama Crimson honeysuckle. It blooms heavily in the spring and then on and off through the rest of the summer.

It flowers white, not red or pink, but my Confederate Jasmine is evergreen and very well-behaved. It also smells wonderful.
