Beans, southern peas/blackeyed peas, melons listed as "short day length) or smaller melons (many of them are shorter day length) butternut squash and other winter squash if you haven't planted those, climbing beans and lima beans... I normally quit planting some summer crops by July 15th but usually still do more bush beans and southern peas well past that time.

Crook neck and straight neck squash only require about 52 days to harvest iof you get good plants. Lowes still has plenty of both.
