| GA Dept of Ag. regulations require a Live Plant License, even for Hobbyist that make only occasional sales at Craft Shows, Flea Markets, etc. Obtaining a license is a simple procedure. Just fill in the form (link below) and submit it, along with the required fee to the address provided. Licenses are issued on a calendar year basis, so you may want to wait until January 2011 to submit your application. |
