North Georgia gardners...what are you planting now?

I am cleaning out one 4' x 12' bed where my tomatoes died from blight and have another 4' x 4' space ready. Is it too late for carrots and parsnips? I for sure will be doing turnip greens/mustard/kale mix and collards. What is on your list?

Depends on your zone. Google vegetable gardening guide from the University of Florida. I'm planting collard and broccoli seeds tomorrow.
