i just planted some succulents in a small flower bed in the front of my house. it gets quite a bit of sun and i water about 1 a week. Plant 1 lost 2 paddles and seems to be getting smaller. plant 2 is new and started to bronze.

They look like they are getting too much overhead watering perhaps? Try to water into their bases and avoid the leaves. They also need superb drainage to be happy. As long as they are not planted too deeply in the first place, I think I'd leave them alone for a few weeks. They might just be getting adjusted!

By the way: you do know the ones pictured are not truly hardy in GA (north anyway)? The one with paddles is Kalanchoe thyrsiflora 'Flapjacks' - only hardy from zone 9
