Does anyone know of a good local source (within an hour from Bartow county) for young, inexpensive trees and shrubs? I have checked several local nurseries as far as Woodstock (Buck Jones and Twin Branches there) and while the plants they have are beautiful, they sell mostly large trees (7 gal and up) and 3 gallon shrubs and they are not cheap.

I have considered Sharp Top Trees in White, but their website hasn't been updated since 2012 and I can't ever get anyone on the phone.

We used to use Daniell Nursery in Winston, best prices I've ever seen for plants - $15 trees, $4 shrubs, but they closed and from what I hear, the new owners are only going to sell wholesale.

I know that some of the best places are word of mouth, not going to be online or advertised, but we are new to Bartow and don't know anyone to ask.

We will travel farther if there are no local options. I'm hoping someone here knows of a great place.
