| Today was an adventure, traveling to the Jackson and Perkins (which includes Wayside Gardens and Park Seed stock, bulbs and seeds) outlet center in Greenwood, SC. Wow! What a sale! All the best gardening books at 50% off. Marvelous selection of roses, shrubs and trees, most priced at $10.00 or less for large, well grown stock. Terrific buys on everything throughout the store. A good selection of pansies priced at $1.00 per six pack. Hopefully some of you can make the trip.
BTW, Parks Seed, also located in Greenwood, is closed until spring. |
