Testing Waters for a Charleston SC, Seed/Plant Swap

Hello,
I organized a plant swap last July and was pleased with the results. Well, it is almost Spring and I figure everybody is gathering, planning and ordering seeds to plant. I know for a fact that I have more seeds than I can plant of some things, I have already started my Tomatoes and Peppers, and have extra of these. I have a few extra plants to swap too! SO, I was thinking maybe the first part of March (date to figure later, I have a few places to check to see if we can use) We could have a Charleston SC Seed/Plant swap and kick off the Spring with a real Bang!!
