The Garden Expo is a joint project of the Emmet County Parks and Recreation Department and the MSU Extension office of Emmet County. The event is focused on providing the public with garden and horticultural information, new products for landscape and garden, nursery stock, plants and garden products. Specialists will provide talks on garden and landscape topics as well as hands-on demonstrations for garden enthusiasts. All of this is showcased at the beautiful Emmet County Fair Grounds in Petoskey on Saturday, June 21, 2008 from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. Admission is free. For more information, call (231) 348-1770.
