Indianapolis' Ritter High School is hosting a Gardening Sidewalk Sale from plant donations within the Indy and Ritter HS community! Plants of all types, perennial divisions and seedlings, potted and bare root will be available at much reduced prices! The plants will range in prices from about $.50 to $5.00 depending on size and species.
It will be April 26, 9 AM to 2 PM at Ritter High School, located at 30th and Tibbs in Indianapolis.

Master Gardener Rosemarie Miller will head this sale and be on hand to answer gardening questions. Proceeds go to Ritter's Marching Band fund.

Yes! Despite cool, windy weather, we had a moderate turnout and made just under $500. That's not bad for our first sale of this type. Next year we will have things a bit more organized, and a bit more community support.

There are "left over" plants that I plan to take to a Farmer's Market to sell. Many of them are nice herbs.

Thanks to anyone who came or contributed!
