Plants should be well rooted and potted. Also mark the plant's name and growing instructions. Pick-up your tickets for the plant you brought. Fill in your name tag.

Round 2 everyone takes one plant or item

Round 3 everyone takes two

Round 4 everyone takes two

This continues as long as people have tickets or there are still items.

Several hundred plant, and bulbs were donated by the church members, and church gardens. These plants will be included in the swap and those tickets will be sold for $2.00 each. This was added to allow for those that want to continue in the round robin as long as there are items. The varity is to many to name.

This is a free event.

Hot Sandwiches, deserts and canned soda will be sold as a Church fundraiser for the use of the facility.

Feel free to bring your own coolers, lawn chairs, small tables, or blankets.

Bring paper, markers, tape, bags, or boxes to carry your swap items in.
