Held at Otten Bros Nursery and Landscaping in Long Lake, MN
Sponsored by the Minnesota State Horticultural Society
Basically, you buy a "swapping license" for $5 (fees benefit the MN Horticultural Society, which does community and educational outreach) and receive swapping tickets... then you go around and pick out the plants you like. If you bring in your own plants and tools to swap, you get extra swapping tickets. The more you bring, the more you get to take home.
