Anyone in the eastern part of Virginia want to meet and swap?

| I live in the Northern Neck of Virginia and would like to see some fellow gardeners somewhere, Gloucester, Richmond maybe meet somewhere and swap plants, seeds or various items.
Would anybody be interested?
