| OK, are there any Metro NY plant folks that would like to take turns showing-off their yards/decks/stoops/fire escapes etc., in the real world? I'm game! (I've got a small enclosed yard in Manhattan.) We could arrange dates to have everybody over and chat about plants, what works/what doesn't, pests, what suppliers/sources you like, etc.
Let me know if interested in forming a little "tour group"! And we probably don't want any Manhattan snobs in the group. By that I mean, if an "Astoria person" is willing to come to Manhattan to see YOUR fire escape, then you should be willing to reciprocate and go see THEIR yard! It's just common courtesy, right? I may live in Manhattan, but I'm not a snot. I love going to the other boroughs! :--)
