Frost Got Some Geraniums

| We had some frost that got a few of my plants. They haven't turned to mush but they are pathetic looking. There seems to be differences of opinions as to whether they will recover. Is there anything I can do right now to help them survive? All suggestions will be helpful. I live in Nor.Calif. our days have been bright, clear & very cool, actually just right for garden work. But the nights get down into the low 30's, sometimes lower. TIA |

Yes, put as much less of stress on them as you can...and that is done by cutting them back. The roots will then have a better chance of supplying nutrition to what is less above. Water the plant well...making sure it has good drainge. I'm sure they will rebound. |
