moving hardy geraniums move Spring

Is this the way to do it. Dig the clump up remove all weeds growing in clump,dividing,then replanting.

Absolutely...spring is fine to divide and/or move them. I've done it several times and they usually act as if nothing happened! Graned, the cooler the weather and the more water they get, the better :-)
