New Guinea Impatients, Care after Germination

toomanypotatoes

My New Guinea impatien seeds germinated pretty well at a constant 70 degrees, high humidity. When they had 2 sets of true leaves I moved them to my basement grow light area wich is about 60-65 degrees, medium humidity. I am getting some leaf shrivel. I've kept them moist but not soaking. Thoughts on whether I should move them back to hot house or water them more?
