Help: my geraniums won't bloom!

| Hi...I have some geraniums in my office that bloomed last season. I dead-headed them until just the leaves were left, but they haven't bloomed since. I have tried food such as Shultz's for flowering plants, which has made them grow like crazy, but they still haven't bloomed. They are in partial sun and did fine there last year.
Any suggestions?
