Geranium flower color change?

Posted by elly29 ca z9 (ronald2278@sbcglobal.net) on

I rooted a bunch of red flowering geraniums last year and they were greatly damaged by the bad frosts we had. Most of them came back, but now they are flowering pink! I know that they did flower red last year because I saw them. Is this possible? Does it happen often? Please let me know what is going on!

RE: Geranium flower color change?

I have a geranium plant never harmed by frost that has red, striped and pink flowers.
