Max Frie Geranium

Does anyone have any experience with this plant. Most of the pictures it looks pink but I just saw it at my local nursery at it appears almost a light purple. I initially ruled it out b/c I wanted something in the purple family but the low growing habit is perfect for the front of my border. In your garden, what color is yours?

I would call it a magenta pink, so a dark pink with purple undertones. I think it's a lovely and hardy little cranesbill.

Yes, magenta-pink, neither pink nor purple. Also the correct spelling is Max Frei. Very hardy and long-blooming, it is a cultivar of Ger. sanguineum, so low growing. Good for full sun or part shade.
