Miniature Geraniums (Pelargoniums)

What has happened to miniature geraniums (and micro-miniatures)? 40 years ago I grew some 35 named miniatures, but now I can't even find a nursery that carries them.

I've never heard of them but my guess is that either they didn't sell well or they had some problem with growing them or they were more prone to things like blackleg.

Hobbs Farm carries a few of them. They are located in Maine and have a website. I have a small collection but it is hard to find them outside of England
