Difference in geraniums

| Friday I was in several nurseries and box stores looking at flowers....Geraniums were on my list, but I got so confused...what is the difference between seed geraniums, zonal geraniums, and hybrid geraniums.....Last year I had four red hybrid geraniums and they were beautiful all summer.....had 6 seed geraniums in two window boxes and they looked not well all summer....appreciate any information on these....Thank you....Shirl |
