Geranium i.d.

I know it's hard to i.d. a plant from a description and I plan to post a photo but it just won't stop raining! Meanwhile, do you have any ideas what type of geranium I might have? It has rather large, fuzzy, rounded leaves (not finely dissected like Johnson's Blue). The leaves look rather like a photo of Geranium renardii. The plant is very open. The flowering stalks have leaves on them but the stalks are very upright and there are tiny little purple flowers on the ends. Much smaller flowers than I have seen on any of my other Geraniums. The label on the plant said Geranium dalmaticum but that is definitely not it. I got this at a plant swap last fall. Any ideas or do you need to see the photo?

This is just a wild guess, not seeing the plant, but it sounds like it could be G. Donianum. This has 7 lobed leaves with purple flowers.
