I'm not sure what kind they are but have pink blooms. They are spreading like crazy and are very healthy but get very few blooms. What's up?

A picture would really help. There are a lot of pink flowered spreading geraniums.

You could start by comparing yours with G endressiii and G macrorrhizum which are two common ones. A wild one you might get is G robertianum.

Is your plant near your lawn.....and do you fertilize regularly so that the grass grows well.
If so, chances are you are fertilizing your lawn with a high nitrogen lawn food and your lawn appreciates it by greening up well and the bare spots are filling in fast.

Unfortunately, the nearby flowering plants are also sucking up all that nitrogen which tells the plant to keep producing green foliage.....at the expense of bloom.

Whenever you fertilize near a garden of flowering plants....do the spreading by hand....not by spreader which sends the granules into the garden.
Keep the nitrogen-rich fertilizer away from the garden as much as possible.

Flowering plants appreciate more the higher phosphurus fertilizers such as Miracle Gro...15/30/15
Keep the higher nitrogen foods for your evergreens and your lawn.
But, until the plant produces bloom STOP all feeding until it does bloom....then feed it according to its needs.
