No expert here, but I see yellow dots on your leaves, that could be from munching insects (aphids). Check beneath your leaves. This geranium might require more than morning sun, can you give it more? Also, too much water gives the ivy geraniums a condition called edema, bumps on the leaves (I don't see that, just thought I'd add that) so watch for that. If you can't give more sun, than I'd try keeping it more on the dry side.

The plant is near oleanders that I'm pretty sure get full of aphids. I'll check it. Also, I can move the plant to get more sun. I'll try that. Also, I will let it dry out even more. Thanks for your help. :)

Oh, Mary, if you move it so it receives more sun, do not water less because it will need more water in longer periods of sun than in shade. It's just if in more shade it can do with longer dry spells.

Sometimes too much water will make some plants grow more yellow. We are having a big rain here right now, and some of the vegetable plants will go a bit yellow because of all the water in such a short amount of time (4" over 4 days). Once things dry up they'll green up again.

The yellow dots on your leaves remind me of the yellow dots the aphids left on my geranium's leaves this past winter (rotten things snuck inside for winter without my permission). As for the edema, that is with too much water, but you would be able to feel the bump. No harm to the plant, just an indicator of too much water, and I can't tell from your photo if that is the case. I'm leaning to bug bites! Spider mites can also leave a paler look to the leaf, but you may need a magnifying glass to spot those ones, they are super tiny.
