my hardy geraniums have bloomed beautifully but are now pretty well finished. If I cut them back will they rebloom for me?

Yes. Shear off the dead flowers. They will bloom again, though not as prolifically as the "first flush". Dead head them on a regular basis, and they will keep blooming, though not heavily. I have 2 kinds that are still putting out a respectable amount of bloom.

not all will flower again. It's mainly pratense, maculatum and sylvaticum that repeat flower.
