| I have these plants in a hanging basket and they have not fairly well. I deadhead the blooms, but some the stems are getting a bit leggy and not blooming as much. Would it be wise to cut back some of the stems. They are growing down and the start up with a bloom on the end. How far back should I cut them and is there any way to root the cuttings? |

| You can cut back. They will branch most readily from the current year's growth but will also shoot from older growth if you need to cut back that far. You may need to pinch back the sideshoots again if you only get a few. The cuttings root very easily, I just pop them in water. |
