geraniums cutting to overwinter outside next to warm wall

i followed the posts in the forum and rooted geranium cuttings. I have around 25 little geranium plants in pots now. my question is what do i do to save them through winter. they seems to be too small to leave in a garage inside paper bag or hang etc. i have some place in partly sunny area next to house wall which has a radiator on opposite side of wall. shall i plant these cutting there outside house next to this wall. i stay in london and winter temp goes min of -4 degree celcius sometimes in winter. there are two big geranium plants which survived winter next to this wall but i am wondering if these tiny cuttings would be able to survive.

Are they still just cuttings. Why not continue their growth cycle by putting them on your window sills. Just don't let them be touching the window glass and turn them 1/4 turn every day.
Whether you put them under plastic is up to you but draw them back somewhat from the sun's rays that can build up through the glass.

A cutting cannot survive given a place where the temperature falls to near or below the freezing mark.
They should be kept damp until roots are well established, then transfer to soil or combo of perlite/vermiculite or vermiculite/peat moss.

During the initial phase, the use of a growth hormone is also up to you but is recommended.
