i have a flora lightstand two fixture's with

two lamps one with four

height between light and tray is 15 inch

witch pelargoniums are most suitable

is there a mini plant?

would like to grow from seed,

suplier or catolog,all help welcome

Have a look at Holt Geraniums website. I have grown plants from seed suppplied by Thompson and Morgan their website would be worth a look.
